Basil Note Card

This A7 note card features my watercolor painting of Basil. 

Basil symbolizes good fortune and love in the language of herbs and flowers.

This card makes a great gift for the chef, the herbalist, the gardener, or the nature lover. 

Historical information about the symbolism of the herb on the back of the card reads:
"Basil carries symbolism varying across different cultures from India, Egypt, and China, to Italy and Greece. In Italian culture, it is strongly linked to love, while in other cultures Basil is believed to have protective properties, acting as a shield against negative energies."

• Blank Interior.
• Printed in-house on French Paper Co. white kraft paper with archival quality inks. 
• Includes an accompanying kraft colored envelope (also from French Paper Co.). 
  
• Pen and Pencil write beautifully on this uncoated paper. 
• Visible paper fibers on the notecard and envelope add a rustic feel. 
• Packaged in a cellophane sleeve and shipped in a sturdy mailer.
