Shipping policy

 

Orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage Package Service or Priority Mail. Tracking numbers will be provided when an order ships. Single stickers are mailed using one Forever stamp - tracking numbers will not be provided for single stickers. 

Please be sure that the address you provide for shipping is correct. Once your order has been shipped, it can not be re-routed or sent to a different address. 

Damages and Other Issues

Orders are packaged with care to ensure a safe delivery. If there is an issue with your order or an item has been damaged in transit, please contact me within one week of delivery and I will replace or refund your order. 

Lost or Stolen Items

Please allow one week for transit time. Once your item has been shipped and has been accepted by the postal service, it is no longer Octavia Spriggs Studio's responsibility if your item becomes lost or stolen in transit. No refunds or replacements will be issued. If your order is showing that a label has been created but no other shipping updates are showing for more than 48 hours, please contact me at octaviaspriggsstudio@gmail.com so I can look into your order.
