General Questions

Do you accept commissions?

I am available for commissioned paintings as I have time. Commissions are currently closed but slots may open in 2026. Subscribe to my email list to get notified when commissions reopen.

Can you make a custom-sized print for me?

All of my prints are made by me, in-house. Some existing prints reproduce better at larger sizes than others, so there is limited selection for enlargements. If you are interested in a custom-sized print up to 24", contact me for pricing and more information.

Will you print a discontinued/retired print for me?

I love that you are interested in one of my early works! Unfortunately, prints that have been retired or discontinued are not available for print for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to file quality degradation.

Will you create a custom design or illustration for me or my event?

I am not currently accepting design or custom illustration work for products, invitations or logos, but am happy to refer you to other local designers who can help you out.

Do you wholesale your work?

Retailers interested in carrying my art their stores can visit my wholesale page to learn more.

Order Questions

What is the fulfillment time for an order with Economy Shipping?

Economy Orders are packaged with care and shipped as soon as possible within five business days via USPS Ground Advantage.

Please note: I ship single orders of stickers in an envelope with a Forever Stamp. These will not include tracking.

What is the fulfillment time for an order with Express Shipping?

Express Orders are packaged with care and shipped as soon as possible or within three business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, whichever is faster based on your location.

Can I return or exchange my order?

I want you to love my art that you live with in your home. If for some reason it's not a great fit, please contact me at orders@octaviaspriggs.com within one week of your order's delivery date to begin the return or exchange process. Returns or exchanges are not available after the initial seven day arrival window.

What happens if my order gets damaged in transit?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at orders@octaviaspriggs.com for a refund or replacement within one week of the delivery date. 

Can I cancel or change an order after it has been placed?

  • Unfortunately, orders can not be canceled or changed once they have been marked as shipped. To update an order before this happens, please contact me at orders@octaviaspriggs.com as soon as possible. 
  • Please be sure to verify your address before shipping as I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
