Terms of Service

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. 

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me at as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, it can not be canceled or refunded.


Payment must be processed through Shopify; checks, money orders or other outside methods of payment are not accepted. 

Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase! I am currently not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time. 


Orders are shipped using USPS First Class Package Service or Priority Mail. Tracking numbers will be provided when an order ships. Single stickers are mailed using one Forever stamp - tracking numbers will not be provided for single stickers. 

Please be sure that the address you provide for shipping is correct. Once your order has been shipped, it can not be re-routed or sent to a different address. 

Damages and Other Issues

Orders are packaged with care but occasionally some things are damaged in transit. If there is an issue with your order or an item has been damaged in shipping, please contact me at and I will do my best to make it right for you. 

Lost or Stolen Items

Please allow one week for transit time. Once your item has been shipped and has been accepted by the postal service, it is no longer Octavia Spriggs Studio's responsibility if your item becomes lost or stolen in transit. No refunds or replacements will be issued. If your order is showing that a label has been created but no other shipping updates are showing, please contact me at so I can look into your order.
